Free shipping within the EU
Shipping of our rugs and cushions is free of charge for you, but only to delivery addresses within the EU. If you live outside the EU, we will of course still arrange shipping for you. Simply send us a short message.
We send smaller rugs with DHL and very large, high-value pieces with UPS, because there we can choose the right insurance cover.
Most of our rugs are packed in RePack, a reusable shipping bag, and larger pieces in a box. For a return, simply use the same packaging the rug arrived in.
Within Germany your rug is usually with you after 1 to 3 working days. A handful of oversized rugs are delivered directly from India and take up to 14 days. The exact delivery time is stated on every rug.
14 days to try the rug at home, with free returns
If the rug does not suit your rooms after all, you are welcome to send it back to us free of charge within 14 days. We refund your money and you can try another rug.
Do make sure, though, that the rug doesn't get dirty or damaged while it's with you, otherwise we'll have to charge you for the cleaning or repair.
