Free shipping within the EU

The shipping is free for you – though only to delivery addresses in Europe. If you live outside the EU, we'll of course still arrange shipping for you. Just send us a short message.

Free standard shipping takes 1-2 working days. In individual cases, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 working days.

We ship our rugs climate-neutrally with DHL Go Green. For this we pack them in an environmentally friendly way, in reusable RePacks. RePacks are made from 100% recyclable materials and save up to 80% of CO2 emissions. 

14 days to try it at home, with no obligation

If the rug doesn't suit your rooms after all, you can send it back to us free of charge within 14 days. We'll refund your money and you can try another rug.

Do make sure, though, that the rug doesn't get dirty or damaged while it's with you, otherwise we'll have to charge you for the cleaning or repair.

• in the Repack shipping bag we sent it to you in. Please be sure to fold in the address label so that it is no longer visible. You can find out more here.

• in the box we sent the rug to you in. 

If there's no DHL shop near you, we'll gladly find an alternative carrier for you.

Our father has run a rug shop in Düsseldorf for over 40 years. We are the specialist shop for hand-knotted Oriental rugs, modern designer rugs and hand-woven Kelim rugs in North Rhine-Westphalia. We deliver our handmade rugs free of charge and with no obligation to Ratingen, Düsseldorf, Meerbusch, Mönchengladbach, Cologne, Duisburg, Bochum, Dortmund, Essen, Mülheim and Wuppertal.
