HOW CAN I HELP?
With your help, a RePack mailer can be reused up to 20 times.
After you receive your rug and decide to keep it, simply unfold the small rectangular addressee label and drop the mailer in a public mailbox.
Since we have already paid the postage, the mailer is taken to the next RePack station, where it is checked, cleaned and sent on its next journey.
You can do this completely free of charge, and the best thing is that your contribution will not go unrewarded.
As soon as your shipping bag is received in the RePack station, you will receive a 10% voucher for your next purchase.
Sustainability can be so beautiful.
If the rug you ordered does not fit your expectations, you can simply put it back into the RePack mailer. It is very important to keep the addressee label folded in this case. Send us a short email and we will send you a free return label, which you can simply put on the shipping bag.
