RePack - shipping bag
Once you've rolled out your rug and asked yourself how you ever managed all these years without this gem, you'd normally have to throw the packaging away.
We do things differently!
We pack our rugs kindly to the environment, in reusable RePacks. RePacks are made from 100% recyclable materials and save up to 80% of CO2 emissions.
How exactly does it work?
With your help, a RePack shipping bag can be reused up to 20 times. Once your rug has arrived and is staying with you, simply fold out the small rectangular address label and drop the bag into the nearest postbox.
We've already covered the postage for you, so the bag makes its way to the nearest RePack station. There it is checked, cleaned and sent off on its next journey.
Your help doesn't go unrewarded.
As soon as your shipping bag arrives at RePack, we'll email you a 10% voucher for your next purchase with us.
And if the rug you ordered isn't quite right after all, you can simply put it back into the RePack bag. In that case, be sure to fold the address label back in. Send us a short email and we'll send you a free returns label to stick onto the shipping bag.
