Origin

In designing this hand-tufted rug, what mattered most to us was simplicity and a focus on the essentials. The result is a modern, clean-lined design that sits beautifully in contemporary interiors. Despite its cool, pared-back look, this rug makes any room feel more homely and welcoming.

Material

The pile of this hand-tufted modern designer rug was hand-knotted from high-quality new wool. New wool is obtained by gently shearing sheep. New wool is a renewable, natural raw material with a whole range of impressive properties: thanks to the wool's natural oil content, the surface repels droplets of water and is therefore naturally protected against dirt. Wool also offers excellent thermal insulation, helps regulate the indoor climate and absorbs sound.

Condition

You are not the first to take a liking to this hand-tufted modern designer rug. It had owners before you who valued and used it. The rug has a few small stains. It was hand-tufted around 2015. We have cleaned it thoroughly and carefully restored it. Despite its age, it is therefore in very good condition.

A note on the photos

The colours of this rug change depending on which side you look at it from. It all depends on whether the light falls with the nap of the pile or against it. That is why we have photographed the rug from several angles.
